Chapter 9 - Entering Agents

Agent Stats Tab

  • Displays agent production data for date range assigned under commission data
    • Data reflected based on the date range assigned in commission Start Date and End Date
  •  Update All Agents Button
    • Enter year to update all agents production date to
    • For example, if agents’ current production dates are 01/01/2005 to 12/31/2005 enter 2006 in both the Start Date and End Date fields
    • Updates “all” agent records (Active and Inactive) Start and End dates to the year entered
    • Note:  Only modifies the year, it does not modify the month or day figure
